The Faculty of Canon Law, Management and Leadership prepares students for ecclesiastical governance, legal administration, institutional oversight, and ethical leadership in the Ethiopian Orthodox TΓ€waαΈ₯Ηdo Church and wider society.

Key Focus Areas
- Canon Law: Deep study of the Fetha Nagast (The Law of the Kings), church canonicity, synodical decrees, and ecclesiastic constitutional principles.
- Leadership and Management: Church administration, non-profit institutional management, human resources, pastoral leadership, and strategic planning.
- Law: Jurisprudence, constitutional and civil legal frameworks, human rights, comparative ecclesiastical legal systems, and dispute resolution.
The Faculty maintains active academic collaborations and working relationships with all university departments, diocesan offices, and the Academic Vice President Office.
